I will refer everyone who needs marketing help to Moon
As a nail salon owner with limited marketing knowledge, I want to express my sincere gratitude to Moon. My husband and I run a nail salon in Oosterhout, a small town in The Netherlands. We tried our best to keep the shop clean and offer good services but our business still struggled after 5 years. We invited Moon to come for a day to our salon in May 2023 to help as we were so desperate and didn’t know what to do next. I was prepared to spend a little fortune on marketing and getting new customers. To our surprise, all of Moon’s advices were free and could be easily done by us. The first one was to update our Google Review account immediately by adding a clear opening and closing time, showing updated pictures of our salon and beautiful nails done on our customers, and also ask our customers to write good and honest reviews on our services. The second was to change our salon’s interior & display, from the outside, our salon was fully covered with dark purple color (the witch vibe, Moon’s words :D) and a huge gym fitness model. We thought it looked very nice and inviting and had no idea it had caused confusion.
Now, over half a year later, our nail salon has gained a lot of new customers, and our Google reviews went from 6 reviews of 2 and 3 stars to 76 reviews with an average of 4.5 stars. I would recommend Moon to anyone. She is really good and always wants to save money for you instead of asking you to spend money.
